HOW IT WORKS — THE SIX-STEP ARC OF A JOB

A lead comes in.
A building gets paid for.

Here's the whole arc, the way it runs on the platform today. It's one system, built only for post-frame and barndominium builders, so every step already speaks your trade — and no step retypes what the last one knew.

01

The lead lands — and can't die

Facebook ad, website form, a text at 9 PM — every lead from every source lands on one pipeline. Duplicate detection catches the guy who filled out your form twice. Lead strength gets graded. A rep gets assigned.

FB ADS · WEBSITE · SMS · WORD OF MOUTH DEAD LEADS NEVER DISAPPEAR
02

The team works the SOPs

Every stage carries an operating checklist — call within 5 minutes, day-3 follow-up, confirm the site visit. Steps check off per deal. Every touch is logged. Reminders are two taps, pre-filled with the customer. The platform tracks which steps actually get done — and which ones close jobs.

The estimate sells itself

Built in SmartBuild — real post-frame takeoffs (posts, trusses, porches), real pricing, a 3D model. Sent as a branded link. The customer opens it on their phone, spins the building, picks their colors, and approves. You see the open, the view time, and the approval the moment they happen. Then it locks. Try this demo →

04

The contract writes itself

Approval flows into an intake form. The intake generates the contract — correct legal name, property address, payment schedule, line items, state notices. Nothing retyped, so nothing mistyped. The customer signs and initials each section; you counter-sign with one click. The platform nags until it's fully executed. Sign the demo contract →

05

Money moves. Materials move.

Invoices generate by payment stage — down, delivery, completion — and push itemized to QuickBooks, two-way. The material order goes to your supplier straight from the estimate: SKUs, quantities, the exact colors the customer picked, and your notes. On countersign, the QuickBooks project creates itself.

06

The build — watched live

Project scheduled, crew assigned, stages tracked with checklists, logs, and photos. Change orders carry their billing impact. And the customer's same link is now their live project dashboard — progress, photos, milestones, invoices — until the building is done and paid. See what they see →
