WHY WE BUILT THIS

Software by people who've ordered a truss

HubSpot doesn't know what a lean-to is. Jobber has never priced 29-gauge steel. SmartBuild stops at the estimate. L2B is the connective tissue purpose-built for post-frame — because we built it inside working post-frame companies.

Leads 2 Build started the way most good tools do: watching someone we respect lose money to paperwork. A builder who could sell anything — losing signed jobs to wrong payment schedules, dead text threads, and estimates nobody could tell were ever opened.

So we didn't build a CRM and paint a barn on it. We sat inside real post-frame companies and built the operating system for the whole arc of a job — lead, conversation, estimate, approval, contract, signatures, invoicing, materials, build-out, paid. Every feature exists because a working builder hit a wall on a real deal.

It's live today, running real jobs at real companies — each one on its own branded workspace. The mission now: hundreds of post-frame and barndominium builders, without losing the thing that makes it work — we ship what builders ask for, fast.

The support loop is the product too

MONDAY 7:14 AM
A builder hits a bug
They report it in-app — screenshot, annotation, two taps. From the job site.
MONDAY, LATER
We fix it
Fixes ship in days, often hours. Feature requests get tracked, not swallowed.
SAME WEEK
"Your ticket is resolved"
A real email, about their real report, with the fix live. That loop is why builders trust us.
Straight talk on security, too: we publish our actual practices on our security page and don't claim certifications we don't hold. Plain language everywhere — in the product, and here.
